Session Fees
The fee for sessions as of November 01, 2020
The first session will be 90 minutes and the fee is $250 (subsequent sessions will be either 60 minutes or 90 minutes depending on the client's preference)
60 minutes $170
Sessions that go over the allotted 60 minute time frame will be charged accordingly.
Payment Policy
Payment in full is expected at the time of service. Payment accepted is e-transfer to wellness@andreaaddington.com
Please send e-transfer on the same day as your appointment.
Insurance Reimbursement
Some insurance plans provide coverage for professional services received from a registered social worker or naturotherapist. Andrea is a licensed provider for both of these services. Please note that Naturotherapy receipts are subject to an additional 15% hst. You will be provided with a receipt for each session once payment is received which will assist you in processing your insurance claims. It is your responsibility to determine what services you are covered for.
Cancellation Policy
Your scheduled appointment times are reserved just for you. Your therapist will provide you with an appointment indicating a date & time. If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, you are asked to please give notice of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the appointment by contacting your therapist via email at wellness@andreaaddington.com or by leaving a message at (506) 871-0177. If you do not give a 24-hour cancellation notice or fail to show for a scheduled appointment, the full session fee is expected.
